Subject: New Eloquence Volume
I installed WE7 Beta 1, switched from my old Eloquence to the WE Dectalk,
then switched to the new Eloquence. The volume was so low it didn't seem
to be working. I normally run Eloquence at Volume 1 to avoid the pops
with Eloquence, but had to run Eloquence up to Volume 9 to get the same
volume I was getting with the old Eloquence. It was popping like crazy as
though it were overdriving the sound card, so I increased the system
volume and cut the WE volume back down to 5. Is something wrong with my
installation or is something wrong with your implementation of the new
Eloquence? I am using XP and did not uninstall the old Eloquence.
