The XML is so easy to write by hand that trying to use UI to create UI
would end up being more complicated. Take a look at one of the XML files
from a script that has one (or at the examples in the documentation) to
see how the syntax works.

Hi,
I think it would be useful at some point for the quick creation of
dialogs to have a quick dialog maker tool that uses prompts to ask for
information about the dialog, and then writes that info to an xml file
for you to whatever name yu specify to call the file. this would be
helpful for those quickly wanting to make dialogs on the fly so to speak.
