Neville,

What beta file did you download?

Hi Aaron,
I also have just installed the beta over a licenced copy of WE 6.1 and now it is running as a demo copy. Yes, the date on my WXP Home system with SP3 is correct. WE 6.1 and now the beta is installed on D:\speech\wineyes and not in the default folder on the C drive if that makes any difference.

Anyway, how can this problem be fixed. Do I have to :
1. uninstall the beta
  2. install 6.1 again
3 install the beta over the top of 6.1 and hope it works this time.

Prior to installing the beta, the wineyes folder was backed up but to simply reinstate the folder containing 6.1 is no longer an option is it? It used to be some versions ago but I think that stopped with Vista.

Cheers
Neville.

Ray,

Can you confirm that the date and time are correct on your machine?

I installed directly over a licenced copy of 6.1. What do I have to do to have it run as a regular copy please? Maybe re-install 6.1 from the CD I have?

Ray.
