Hello Aaron,
A few other things I am noticing: When I am in a combobox or listbox: a)
sometimes the options are not read when I up/down arrow and b) I am unable
to turn browse mode back on while focused on a listbox/combobox. A good
example of this is at www.greyhound.com.

The password information bar is a new feature in FF3. The bar doesn't stay
around like the older dialog, and eventually goes away. So this isn't a
bug, but rather a new feature in FF3.
