I cannot, on 3 different machines, get control-shift-r as a good hot
key to work well for reading to end. I like to use the pause key,
since it's convenient and not a multi-stroke combination. Somehow,
control-shift-r never works well consistently.

After I rebooted, everything was fine until, again, I selected some text and
cut it it from a document in MS Word 2003. After that read to end is not
working at all.
I realise now that it also happened in OE after I selected a whole E-mail
and pasted it into MS Word. I hope somebody can think of a solution.
