Sorry, this has been a feature for a long time before 7. What you are
hearing is Window-Eyes telling you the unnumbered bullet description.
Unnumbered lists use bullet characters to indicate a list's nesting
level. Bullets can be one of four types: disc, circle, square, and
image. Window-Eyes will indicate the bullet type of a given list item
element: d for disc, c for circle, s for square, and i for image.
Section 19.9 discusses this in better detail.
