The switch language hotkey only works with ViaVoice and Eloquence (both
SAPI and ECI). However, there is a script that allows you to setup any
number of engines/synthesizers in a group that you can then rotor
through. This is the voice rotor script by Steve Clower and of course
requires Window-Eyes 7.0. You can get the script from the script
