I had to disable and reenable virtual channel for microsoft rdp on the client
machine to get it to work. Now it's working beautifully. I removed beta 1 and
apparently when I did that it still thought virtual channel was still enabled
when I reinstalled my LTO of 6.1.

  Robert,

No, it is not normal. Can you give more specifics as to what version of
Window-Eyes and Windows is on the server, what version of Window-Eyes and
Windows is on the client and what form of remote computing you are using?

  Regards,
  Doug
