We force the speech to always say "star" when in a password edit box.
However, braille will display whatever is currently shown visually.
Some visually use a star and some use a filled circle and others can use
something else. In the case of IE's password edit boxes, they use
unicode 25cf. The reason this shows up as a question mark is currently
7.0 beta 1 converts all text from unicode to ANSI before being displayed
on the braille display. Since unicode 25cf doesn't map into your code
page it converts to a question mark.
Note before 7.0 ships we'll have braille fully unicode so you'll see the
exact character that gets displayed. However you have unicode 25cf
mapped in the unicode braille table is how it will get displayed.
