It does, partially. Now, instead of reading text from adjacent windows, it 
speaks parts of the first line you select. Like this:
System:
Microsoft Windows XP
Home Edition
Version 2002
And the spoken text sounds like this:
System:
systemMicrosoft Windows XP
systemwindows Microsoft XPHome Edition
systemwindows Microsoft XPHome EditionVersion 2002
Maybe it's just me.
