I'm frustrated because I followed those exact steps to the letter.
For some reason, once Window-eyes cycles back around to the Dectalk,
it won't use the parameters I set up for the other engines when I
switch to them. Also, it won't save my secondary sound card
preference for the Dectalkm even though I can change it manually. I
haven't gotten these settings to work with 6.1 either.
