Sam,
You're reading way, way, WAY too much into it. Doug just decided to do
the standard windows first, and MSAA second. There are no between the lines.
And remember: MSAA browse mode is not the same thing as MSAA in controls.

Hi Doug,
It is sure interesting that msaa was our only way of getting info in
the past in several apps and now it's getting updated last.
Does this mean that msaa is becoming less valueable?
Just a few years ago we would have been asking firefox to include msaa
support.
Will we become less dependent on it?
I sure hope so.
When ever I am returning to a web page the msaa buffer loads again and
lots of the time I am put at the top instead of where I was.
If I have several windows / apps open with msaa buffers and I try to
tab back and forth between them I get all kinds of problems.
Sluggish behavior, loss of speech, my place in each msaa buffer is
not retained and it goes on and on.
Please let us know what the future of msaa is and if we will
eventually get to the point were we can tab back and forth between
several msaa buffers with reliability.
Thanks
Sam

Chad,
Firefox doesn't use real progress bars. However, it does use MSAA
to give the progress bar information. I'll be updating the progress
indicator script to also report MSAA versions of progress bars as
time permits. So this would bring them to life in FF.

Doug
