Hi Jim. The problem with this as has been said many times before is that even getting the tool tip from those unnamed icons is not the issue here because there is no tool tip to get in the first place. Microsoft does not provide the tool tip with icons such as the LAN ones until after you open their windows. So, while your idea is a brilliant one, it just does not solve those issues.
