Hi gang,

Since version seven I seem to be having trouble with my medicine supplier's account. I can still get logged on but when I try to go to the refill link it's real slow and I get that percentage count which is in version seven. By the time it gets there it seems to have lost my info. Two questions, could that percent counting be disconnected for a test ? And also if I were to go back to version six should I uninstall seven before installing six? I hate to do that so I hope somebody comes up with a magical answer.

I've been logging on the same way since last January and have had no trouble until a week or so ago. When I log in it shows my name so I know I'm logged in. But when I try to go to refill a prescription it says "member not found." and it says last updated 5-1-2008

If I ttry to go to status it says nothing has ever been ordered.

When I go on for my wife I get the same results
I don't have an immediate need for reordering but would like to get it working again. I'm one of your blind users, so some time it doesn't rread everything on the screen, but as I say it has been working in the past.
Any thoughts
