Hello. This is not a bug. Control-plus is a browse mode command to enable table navigation. So, Window-Eyes is intercepting this command. You either need to turn off browse mode with control-shift-a first, or you need to bypass insert-b the command first. If you will be pressing it multiple times, then it might be easier to turn off Browse mode, adjust the font size with that hot key, then turn Browse mode back on.
