Hi, I would be interested if you could get that to work. The only thing I can think to do is do an ins-a to turn on speak-all.
Please let me know. Regards.. The program is SameTime from IBM. I tried to create a user window around the area that displays messages. I also tried to make it a speak window. According to my understanding, this window should talk when text comes into it. The window is one of those that Window-Eyes realizes is an Internet Explorer type of control and when you tab into it, Window-Eyes starts recognizing HTML elements. Here's the question. The window is not speaking automatically. Could it be that it's not speaking because it needs to be a "normal" window and not one of those Internet Explorer type windows, or do I have to do something else to make it talk automatically. I think I had the coordinates set up correctly, but I'm not entirely sure. I guess a secondary question is how do I debug what I'm doing with this? Thanks.
