Can you read this information with the mouse keys? If so then it is just a user window problem. If not we would need to see the application to address this in our OSM.

Hi all,
I have been a Window-Eyes user for about 7 years, and absolutely love it. At
work however I've been forced to use JAWS, which I really do not care for. I
have been trying to switch to WE there, but for some reason I cannot get it
to work properly with the database they use. It is a program called
Ecometry, and at the bottom of the screen is a menu which you can access by
pressing hotkeys F1 through F8. Depending on the screen you are on, the menu
options change. I have tried setting up user Windows so I can get WE to read
me these options, but even though I know exactly where they are in pixels,
and the foreground and background color, I cannot get Wineyes to read them
properly -- it's like the top line of the text, which depending on the menu
option is either one or two lines, cannot even be seen. I hate to have to
keep using JFW because it's the only thing that works. Does anyone have any
suggestions, or any experience with this program?

Thanks!
