Jim,

This begs the question, but are you sure that you want to keep using the 
workspace?  Most of what was on my workspace also appears in the bookmarks area 
under databases and acts more like a list.  For example, if I do ALB-B followed 
by 9 I get a list of the databases I have access and saved.  I've also made use 
of 
favorite bookmarks.  When I used the workspace, I found that it was still 
inconvenient because one had to use all arrow keys to find things similar to 
the desktop.  
Rows have different numbers of items on them so one has to explore carefully.  
The bookmark approach has worked better for me, but obviously it is a personal 
preference.
