I believe that Paster Gil was being sarcastic in his comment. Nevertheless, I must disagree with the notion that high end users are better off with Vista. At this point, no matter what kind of claims you want to field from the folks still trying to wrap Vista up in bows and ribbons, in the majority of cases, it doesn't work right for a variety of reasons. It's a simple fact. Yes, there are users who report little or no problems with Vista, but this is far from the norm and to this point, I still recommend XP over Vista. I have several friends in the IT field, and they downgrade new systems from Vista to XP by rule and company policy. And, btw, these are extremely high end systems well above what the average consumer requires or will utilize.
