Let's hope a third time is truly a charm. I've been cursed with trying to get this out. First, my apologies for any and all previous post in html. I was not aware that the list is restricted to plain text. I do not recall reading instructions stating this when I joined the list. After wondering why I was being ignored, I discovered my mistake via the archives. I would like to resubmit my latest posting
for what it is worth.
I am hearing this message periodically when returning to a
Firefox3+ window. "Active window was never found. Can not find window
for this application."
I am not sure if it is related to previously reported FF issues, since it does
not happen as frequently as the other issues. The other
FF issues seem to involve either focus and/or browse mode. I frequently must use
one or more of these; ins-backslash, F5, and/or
wins-d to bounce out to the desktop and alt-tab to a FF window. This is often necessary
to regain control over proper speaking and function
of WE within FF. Loss of speech within browse mode functionality usually occurs
after performing actions like right clicking on a page,
using context key, menu selection, add-on contexts etc... Additionally I must manually
reload browse mode with ctrl-shft-a after entering on a
button say, and autoload fails. I do not know if others are experiencing these
same issues, but I am currently involved with this
constant struggle between FF and the Beta.
