I myself like 2007.  

One note though.  If you are a veteran user of 2003 you might want to get a
program called classic menu for office.  This gives you an add on to the
ribbon that gives you the feel of office 2003 with all the features and
advantages of 2007.  

This way you get the best of both worlds.

Not to start another debate,  but which works best with window-eyes;  office
2003 or office 2007?  I'm  getting a new computer here at work,  Window-eyes
6.1 and windows xp pro and probably 2003 but could possibally get 2007.
