It's Chapter 22 of the Manual. Arrowing up and down will, as I assume you've discovered, give you the slide name. Tabbing will take you through the various elements of the slide - level 1 heading, level 2 heading, content etc depending what's on the slide. Pressing enter on any element will allow you to edit it. Presing Escape takes you out of Edit. A trick for young players - using the arrow keys when on an element will move it around the shop.
