When I use miranda, I normally use the "BClist" plugin.

I was wondering if there was a way to script WE to work with the
standard view without needing to download that plugin.

Hello,
Welcome to the list!
Which plugin are you using to access the miranda standard buddy view. I
can't make it work to arrow between the buddies. For the PM windows there is
a sapi 5 plugin to speak all conversation.
Cheers,
Ralf

Subject: New To The Community, But A User Since 2002
Hello all!
I remember first using window-eyes when it was 3.0 in middle school,
although my first version of WE was v4.2.
For the only screen reader that "does not" let you press space bar on links,
as in Windowsitself you technically can't anyway, why other screen readers
do that remains a mystery to me.
So being a WE full time user since 2002, and currently running Window-eyes
right now on a Vista Home Basic del machine, I am proud that 7.0 beta 1 is
here, and can't wait for beta 2!
My question and suggestions for right now are:
1. Could someone be able to write scripts or set files for "IBM lodis
Symphony?"
http://symphony.lotus.com/
Out of the box, it seems to work ok, even in the "spreadsheet"
application. In the word processor, you do have to reclass the custom
control into an "editbox," but other than that it works well! If anyone can
perfect this awesome program, they'll be an alternative office suite for the
Window-Eyes world. I wonder if "lodis Notes" is almost the same thing.
2. As I see diving into the archives,
folks were talkng about Miranda Im. I too would like to see scripts be made
for the program one day, as then i wouldn't have to "tab" and "shift-tab"
between te mesages all the time. Plus, the standard view for the "contact"
list may actually work with scripting, as we wouldn't have to download
another plugin just to make it read right.
3. Has anyone thought of making a "Window-eyes" audio logo? Or does there
need to be one anyway.
I thank the GW Micro staff for creating such a wonderful screen reader, and
yes, ... take care of the compeditor, please!
All the best,
Trenton Matthews
