Well first thing you can not use the install packages to update this script. The reason being that this script is being used by install packagedds. So you are going to need to go to the script central site get the script. Now when I update shared scripts I first turn off scripting support. Then I go in to the folder where I have the shared package click on it let it install and then turn on scripting support again. This way you know everything gets updated.
