Jim, Don't worry about it, I'm on a different version now anyway and don't know if the same keystrokes would work or not. I have not had the "opening Database" annoyance for a long time and it may have been fixed in my version. My point was only that notes sends some data to the screen reader that I do not believe is on the screen. Thanks anyway.
