With your TrendMicro problem;
as soon as you get speech, or ask a sited person to please try the
following :
Open the Trend Micro Internet Security main console, and go to
- Virus & Spyware Controls
- Prevent Unauthorized Changes
- Exception List
- Add button
- Find Wineyes.exe and add it
- Find it in the list and set it to trust.
If there are any programs in this list that have the response set to BLOCK,
and you
do not want to block you can change the response
to allow. To apply the settings, click OK until you are back in the main
console.

I've found that Trend Micro only blocks Window-eyes for a time. Granted it
is quite a long time, but wait long enough, let it do whatever it is that
it does, and it eventually works. I'm thinking of switching from Trend
Micro because window-eyes isn't the only problem. It slows down my entire
system for about 20 minutes after I've turned it on.
