might sound a little obvious
but have you tried reinstalling textpad?
Sometimes that solves the problem

Hi,
I can't reproduce this using Textpad 4.7 - opening a file either by
hitting enter on the filename or using the context menu works fine.

Subject: strange behavior with Textpadd
Hello,
Has any Textpad user the same, or maybe with an other editor with
the same option?
I have not seen this in beta1, only in beta2.
When in windows explorer, on a textfile and pressing the
context-key, there is an option: Textpad, if you have Textpad installed.
When entering on textpad, the textfile must be loaded in this editor.
With beta1, this was working, but in beta2, it will not open the
document. It will not open any document.
When unloading Window-Eyes and pressing contextkey in windows
explorer and t for textpad and enter, there is no problem.
Regards, Marten
