I was not getting the read, unread, forwarded, etc messages with outlook 2003 either. The active file list showed the mso2003.gra file, but it was not working. I chose open graphic dictionary and opened mso2003 and then saved the set file and all dictionaries, and my graphic labels are back. Hope this helps. Jeff Weiss
