The second list in the document isn't really a list since it has
manually entered numbers. For the first list the correct behavior
should be that as you press control-down arrow WE will read the
paragraph with the number on the first press and again on the second
press. The reason is that Word first moves you to the number and
then moves you to the text on the second press. We can't do anything
about that issue, but not reading the number is a bug. I'll log this issue.

by paragraph. When the style changes from normal to list number, WE speaks
the style change, but does not the number of the item when I move from the
normal text onto the list. When I read by line, WE does speak the list item
number. To see this, get or create a document that contains some text in
