Hi Wendy, this sounds like a similar problem my girlfriend had yesterday,
yet she's using the competition! Try uninstalling Window-Eyes then
reinstall. This should fix any video intercept issues you may have after you
installed Eset Smart Security. Hope this helps.

I installed eset smart security on my computer. When in outlook express
window eyes does not read the auto complete feature when typing in an
email address and also when tabbing through the fields window eyes just
says rich edit and not cc, bcc, or subject. How can this be fixed? When
I uninstalled smart security everything went back to normal.
