I'm afraid that I have to disagree with your comments, to a certain extent.
I agree that there is no such thing as the perfect program, but I do think
that the beta cycle should last until as many bugs as possible have been
eradicated from the application.  GW have always risen above the "Get it out
quick and we'll fix it later" belief of some other screen reader producers,
and subsequently they have always given us stable screen reading software,
which causes us as little a problem as possible.  This means that they then
have a period of 12-18 months where their users are happy with their new toy
in which to develop new and improved features for the next release of
Window-eyes.  You've all heard the saying, now try this one for size.  I
think it fits into the philosophy of GW Products and their release strategy.

If it is broke, don't release it!!
