Subject: question about setting login parameters

I'm currently using Windoweyes 6.1 at work and need to have Windoweyes
speak at the log-in prompt. I had to reinstall Windoweyes and now can't
figure out which setting to use to get WE to speak giving me the
windows log-in prompt. I'm on a large network and have administrator
priveliges on my computer. I've tried reading the manual but didn't find the
info helpful. I know one option is to have windoweyes speak at the login
prompt, but then there are settings for "all users", current user, etc.
That's what is confusing me.
Thanks!
  Joh
