That's like asking if anyone can recommend the best Pizza place in town. You will get many responses and all will be right as far as the person telling you is concerned, but not all will be right for you. That being said, Window-Eyes 4.5 will support sapi4 or sapi5 voices. We have a link on our web page which talks about many of the software (cpu hogging) synthesizers available. Some are free, some are not. None are anyones we like or dislike and we disclaim any experiences you will have with them.
