Hi Howard and All:

I just filled out the Tellme survey, www.tellme.com/survey, using
Window-Eyes 6.1 on a Vista machine running IE7.  It was not as easy to
do as it could have been, but I managed to do it.

For the most part, you press enter on the link above whichever answer
you want to check.  There are two or three questions, though, which call
for yes/no answers and the words "yes" and "no" are not below each of
the links.  I assumed that the first link was yes and the second no in
these cases.  And, one final thing, the link on the bottom of each
screen is the submit link.  There are four screens.

Certainly not as accessible as it could be, but doable.  What I was
upset about is that there was no place to provide comments on the
accessibility of the survey.  Tellme used an on-line survey tool or site
called Zoomerang.
