Hi Jeff: Thanks for that suggestion. After I sent this post, I looked in the manual and there is a way to do set file associations with window classes.

When prompted to confirm association, say yes and you should be all set. Hope this helps. I want to use the Kesi Fax and Photo Copy applications available as launchable items from the Kurzweil File menu. The problem I am having is that when I go into Fax or Photo Copy, Window-Eyes starts using the standard wineyes.000 set file. What this means is I have two voices talking to me, Kurzweil's Fax or Photo Copy application which are self voicing and Window-Eyes. My question is, how can I set up the Kesi Fax and Photo Copy applications to associate the silent.000 set file so that when they come up, Window-Eyes remains silent just as it does when Kurzweil 1000 itself is running? Any help will be greatly appreciated as I've just forgotten how to do set file associations.
