Hey, Wendy.

The following assumes that JAWS is right and there are indeed blank lines in
the message.

In the screen menu of the WE control panel, you will find an item called B
blank lines. The default is probably off. There are three choices; off,
say blank, and read to end off. The read to end off option ignores blank
lines during automatic or manually actuated reads to end. The second
option, say blank, will read the blank lines during automatic and manual
reads to end, and when arrowing through a message by line.

You must save the set file after making your choice.

Hello to the list,

I have created a signature for my messages and have put blank lines at the
beginning of the signature. When reading the message with jaws the blank
lines are there, but when reading the messages with window eyes the blank
lines are not there. Can I correct this?

Wendy
