Hi there Helen, Michelle Stevens here, I had the same application on my Toshiba thumb drive. I wanted to run WE mobile from my pin USB drive. I reformatted the pin drive to get rid of all the wisels and bells that started up when you put the pin drive into the USB slot. It did not affect WE 6.1 in any way.
