Hi, It might be time to look at what you got loaded at startup.
If you are seeing stuttering speech t is probably because you are having issues with a program using a lot of c p u time or maybe a large block of ram. If I remember correctly because I have been following this thread your ram is rather limited and so there for anything that has been trying to use a large block of ram could cause the system to behave as you describe.
