Often the reason for reading "button button button" is because the slackos who did the Flash programming didn't give them a label. While technically different, results are similar to when images don't have alt attributes. At least with some images, the name of the file can give a clue. I haven't installed the final V7 release yet, but to date Firefox doesn't give screen readers as mmuch Flash info as IE.
