Hi list, I just got the problem working. Here are the steps I take to get the problem fixed 1. make sure that the following is not in you're c drive c:\users\user ID\appdata\Roaming\gwmicro\users 2. Delete the folder, and you should be good to go. That's how I got mine working except now itumes 8 is not accessible with we 6.1 it only works with 7.0.
