Hello Larry. when you say the usual way, can you explain? What might be
the usual way for someone may not necessarily be the correct way
<smile>. Also, check to see if you have the engine specific parameters
checked.

Hi everyone. Yesterday i purchased the Crystal and Mike A-T&T voices
from Nextup. I had no problem associating them with Window-Eyes and I
then saved my preferred voices in the usual way. My problem is that when
I save my settings they don't actually save. They are lost whenever I
exit Window-eyes. Has anyone else experienced this problem? And if you
have, do you know how I can work around it? Resaving voice preferences
every time I open Window-eyes, is, as you can imagine, not an exceptable
solution.
On the positive side, I've had absolutely no problem with speech
crashing while using these voices.
