i don't know how you mean this. if you want w e to speak the
control shift tab etc its in the keyboard\ special keys \enhancements menu.
there's another place but i do not know what it does.
this option is in the verbocity\focus menu.

rich kurlander here in we7.0 when you go to screen pull down and you go to
punctation pull down the control key is not listed why? in we6 you used to
hear in the punction pull down control off you used to be able to change
the control key to say control. why can't you do this in we7?
