The reason it says you have the latest is because you have an SMA and
your 7.0 CD has been made on the 17th so it is most likely in the mail
to you. Even though it says you have the latest version (7.0), it still
gives you a link to download the 6.1 to 7.0 upgrade. This upgrade is on
your 7.0 CD but you can download it now if you wish.
