This user has scrolling titles enabled in Winamp. Use alt-shift-t to toggle
the automatic title speaking.

Subject: winamp script problem?
My friend installed WE 7.0 on an xp pro system with plenty of ram and disc
space. When she runs winamp, it constantly announces the name of the file
being played over and over, (with the newest scripts installed.) I wonder
what can be done or why it is doing that? It even continues to do it while
winamp is paused, saying, (e.g.) file name is 01.mp3, "winamp paused, 01,
winamp paused 01, winamp paused 01, .. . . .)
