Also set all views to list view. You need to do that in each area of the
program. I really suggest going to the T and T Consultancy blog and
downloading Brian Hartgen's excellent presentation on iTunes 8 with
Window-Eyes, Jaws without the jTunes scripts, and Jaws with the jTunes
scripts. I really hope Brian considers porting those scripts over to
Window-Eyes, although he didn't mention it in his presentation.

Carlos,
You don't need to use the mouse pointer as much in Itunes 8. You can move 
and delete files with hte copy adn paste function. Just tab from the source 
list wehre all your playlists and folders are, and tab past the search box 
until you get to the list of songs or items that are in your folder. If you 
want to delete one, just hit delete. IF you want to move one, do a copy adn 
paste in to whatever other folder you want.
Let me know if you have other questions. ITunes is really very accessible 
now.
