If you have an older version of Window-Eyes, you can install the old Eloquence from that CD.
Put in the CD and when it spins up, press A for advanced options. Tab to the synth to install list box and arrow to the synth you wish to install. Tab to the install button, or press Alt-I. Follow the prompts. Tab to the Return to main options button and press spacebar. Press X to exit the WE dialog and take out your CD. You may have to restart Window-Eyes in order to have the SAPI Eloquence show up in the synthesizers list box.
