Many thanks.

Hi everybody,

Today, I was using my braille sense with the speech turned off. I thought that I might've somehow missed the message about a low battery because I wasn't able to advance the display any longer. There was a slight hissing noise from the speakers. I figured it was time to plug the unit in to recharge it. So I did. Four hours later, the unit will not respond. The display is blank-cells aren't visible at all. I tried resetting the unit by pushing the reset button for five seconds and that didn't work. I tried resetting the unit using dots 1-2-3-4-5-6 and f2-f3 all together with no luck. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Caitlyn
