The only thing I can say is I am currently using the older gw tool kit with absolutely no problems.
You could also if you're feeling adventures upgrade the script yourself. If you use the gwtoolkit dated 12 September, the Skype script works. The gwtoolkit dated 16 September offends the skype script. Of course, other scripts may fall over, so it's a matter of priorities. Andrew From: stan littrell [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, 23 September 2008 10:19 To: GW Micro Product Discussion Listserv Subject: take on stability issues I am using xp with we7.0 and have had few problems. Most of the problems that I have had were temporary in nature. Other than the skype error related problems, there were temporary speech loss related difficulties. For example, yesterday after installing a winamp script update I had some random speech outages. The speech gods didn't like it when I launched winamp and outlook express at the same time. The speech right after I typed the subject line and then I had to take a chance that I was able to complete the email message. When I installed some script updates today the problems went away. The only bad behaving script for me is the Skype one. Overall, I'm not having any problems with the upgrade at all.
