Much cheaper to get a second sound card.  This is especially attractive
with the Eloquence that comes with WE7, as you can easily instruct WE
which card it is to use.

One way to stop Window-Eyes being effected by RealPlayer or any other 
software that uses the sound card is to buy a hardware speech 
synthesizer.  I know it is an expensive solution but it will certainly 
solve all problems relating to Window-Eyes and sound cards.

Oh yeah I had that happened to me some months ago?  I had to have my 
wife who is sighted turn on a cd and turn up the volume grin!   I wonder

how that can be changed with win eyes future version or not? is it 
possible?
