Hello list and GW Micro staff.

This will not be the solution to the problem, but it may help in its
resolution.

At work I run a XP PC with SP2 on it and Office 2003. It also has IE v6
only on it. It has 1 GB RAM.
This PC demonstrates the usual rock solid stability of Window-eyes and
very rarely exhibits instability issues in the use of Window-Eyes.

At home I have an XP SP3 PC with Office 2007 and IE7 on it. It has 2GB
RAM on it.
This PC does exhibit the loss of speech issues discussed on the list.
These range from Outlook Spelling lock-outs, switching into IE, or out
of it and even while in Windows Explorer. I am sorry, but I have not
been able to isolate a repeatable symptom which I can report back with.

On both PCs I installed a downloaded upgrade to V7 over a running beta
3. The only set up activity I did was to go into the set file manager
and ensure, in each case, that I had all of the latest set files
installed for the software on each PC. The factory delivered scripts are
running on both PCs.

I hope this is of some help to someone.

Regards, John.
